FoodPlan terms of service
1. Who we are. [Business legal name, address, contact email].
2. The service. FoodPlan sells memberships (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, Lifetime) to its member app with ready meal plans, recipes and grocery lists, a one-time custom plan, and — for tiers that include them — written coach check-ins. Plans are general nutrition guidance, not medical treatment.
3. Eligibility. You must be 18+ (or have guardian consent) and provide accurate intake information.
4. Payment & renewals. Payments are processed by Whop. Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly memberships renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel in your Whop account; cancelling stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period. Lifetime is a single payment and gives access to the member app for as long as FoodPlan operates it. Access ends if a payment fails and is not recovered, is refunded, or is disputed.
5. Delivery. Member-app access starts as soon as Whop confirms payment. Custom plans are delivered as a PDF in your dashboard, normally within [X business days] after your intake questionnaire is complete. Lifetime check-ins are limited to the first 12 weeks.
6. Personal use. Plans are licensed for your personal use and may not be resold or shared.
7. Refunds. See the Refund policy.
8. Liability. [Limitation of liability wording].
9. Governing law. [Jurisdiction].
10. Changes. We may update these terms; the version you accepted is recorded with your order.
